Professional lost-wax casting services for gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metals. We bring your jewelry designs to life with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Metal casting is a time-honored manufacturing process that transforms your jewelry designs into beautiful precious metal pieces. Our lost-wax casting process combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to deliver exceptional results for jewelry designers, brands, and manufacturers.
We specialize in casting gold (yellow, white, and rose), silver, platinum, and other precious metal alloys. Our experienced team handles every step of the casting process with meticulous care, ensuring your designs are reproduced with precision and quality.
Whether you're producing a single custom piece or running production quantities, our metal casting services provide consistent quality and professional results. We work with your wax patterns, 3D printed castable models, or can create masters from your CAD designs.
From intricate rings and delicate pendants to complex bracelet components and detailed sculptural pieces, our casting capabilities handle jewelry of all types and complexities with superior craftsmanship.
Comprehensive Metal Casting Services
We utilize the traditional lost-wax (investment) casting process, which provides exceptional detail reproduction and surface quality. This proven method creates molds from your wax or resin patterns, allowing for intricate details and complex geometries that are faithfully reproduced in precious metals.
We cast in a wide range of precious metal alloys including 14K and 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose), sterling silver, platinum, and custom alloys. Our expertise ensures proper metal flow, minimal porosity, and excellent casting results across all materials.
Whether you need a single custom piece or production quantities, we accommodate orders of all sizes. Our flexible casting process scales from one-off designs to larger production runs, maintaining consistent quality throughout.
Every casting is inspected for quality before delivery. We provide various finishing options from as-cast condition to basic cleaning and sprue removal, ensuring your castings meet your specifications and are ready for your finishing process.
Benefits of Expert Metal Casting
Lost-wax casting captures incredibly fine details and intricate features that would be difficult or impossible to achieve through other manufacturing methods, reproducing your designs with stunning accuracy.
Cast multiple pieces simultaneously using tree configurations, making it an efficient process for both small batches and larger production runs. Fast turnaround times keep your projects on schedule.
Create complex shapes, undercuts, and hollow forms that would be challenging with traditional fabrication. Casting enables design possibilities that push creative boundaries.
Produce identical pieces with consistent quality, perfect for collections, matching sets, or production jewelry lines. Each casting maintains the same high standard of quality.
For production quantities, casting is often more economical than hand-fabrication. Once a master pattern is created, multiple pieces can be cast efficiently, reducing per-unit costs.
Work with your choice of precious metal alloys. We cast in gold (all colors and karats), silver, platinum, and can accommodate special alloy requests for unique requirements.
The Lost-Wax Casting Journey
Our meticulous casting process ensures exceptional results for every piece.
We receive your wax patterns or 3D printed castable models and prepare them for casting. Sprues and vents are attached to ensure proper metal flow during the casting process.
Patterns are placed in flasks and surrounded with investment plaster. After the investment sets, the flask is heated in a kiln to burn out the wax or resin, leaving a hollow cavity.
Molten precious metal is poured or centrifuged into the hot mold. The metal fills the cavity, capturing every detail of your original design with precision.
After cooling, castings are removed from the investment, cleaned, and inspected. Sprues are removed and basic finishing is performed before delivery to you.
